There is no typical profile of the 1,2,3,GO Coach. They may assume several different functions:

• Expert-specialist (e.g. chartered accountant, financial consultant, marketing specialist, lawyer,…)
• Generalist (Business Angel, Strategy consultant,…)
• Thrustworthy person  (e.g. entrepreneur, mentor,…)

What are the 12,3,GO Coaches doing ?

Coaches play a pivotal role in supervising young entrepreneurs in their evolution in the Business Plan Contest by providing expertise, experience and feedback to the start-ups. In this way, they largely contribute to the development of new projects and offer future businessmen and women:

• Protection against potential risks and unrealistic expectations

Through their commitment and their supportive efforts, they closely follow the evolution of an innovative business idea right from the very beginning through to its materialization (when the company is actually set up).
