In order to guarantee total confidentiality for projects presented and to protect legal ownership of each innovative idea, members of the Accompanying Committees (Reading committees, Coaches and Jury) must sign a declaration of confidentiality :
- They shall promise to handle all information brought to their notice within the framework of the contest with the utmost confidentiality, both during and beyond the duration of the contest.
- They shall promise to use all confidential information exclusively within the framework of the tasks they have been attributed by Business Initiative asbl and shall not divulge such information to a third party without the written authorization of both the participant and Business Initiative asbl.
- They shall promise to return to the contest manager immediately after the contest is over all written, electronic and other information that has been made available to them as well as all copies that have been made of such information.
- Because members of the financial jury will be authorized to entrust projects to experts within their organizational for evaluation purposes, they shall promise to ensure that the rules of confidentiality are respected by such persons both during and after their interventions.
All personal, economic, technical and other information that participants present when they introduce their projects shall be considered as confidential information and documents.
