The reading committee is responsible for determining the admissibility of a project in the 1,2,3,GO contest, taking into account the 4 selection criteria (innovative project, economically viable, not yet funded by risk capital and originating from the Greater Region).

Each project will be submitted to at least two members of the reading committee. Depending on the complexity of the idea, the opinion of several experts is solicited. These professionals are members of the accompanying committee, all specialists in the required areas. Applicants are informed of the committee's decision within 10 - 15 working days after receipt.

Accepted projects will join the business plan contest and will be put in touch with a coach. The rejected projects will be forwarded to the Chambers of Commerce of the different regions.
